Your subscription simply won't renew at the next billing cycle.

AI-Generated Content

FocusFit may provide AI-generated insights, recommendations, or adaptive training plans. These are for general wellness purposes only and should not be interpreted as professional medical, psychological, or health advice.

Apple Watch & Health Data

Physiological signals such as heart rate obtained from Apple Watch are used only to support general focus-related insights. These signals are not analyzed for medical or health-related diagnostic purposes.

Health data remains on your device and is processed locally. Enabling App Blocking requires granting Apple Screen Time permissions, which you may revoke at any time in your device settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FocusFit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
